工作职责：

Responsibilities:

1. 负责产品和原材料的供应商开发，并负责相应的成本分析、报价、样品确认、供应商资质文件评估、新供应商资质确认等工作；
2. pan>Responsible for the development of suppliers of products and raw materials, and responsible for the corresponding cost analysis, quotation, sample confirmation, supplier qualification document evaluation, new supplier qualification confirmation, etc.;
3. 与技术部等相关部门合作，制定产品和原材料的技术要求及相关功能要求；
4. pan>Formulating the technical requirements and relevant functional requirements for products and raw materials in cooperation with Technology Dept.;
5. 与质量部等相关部门合作，制定产品和原材料的质量要求，并确保物料在出货前，满足产品和原材料的预期使用要求；
6. pan>Work with Quality Department to establish quality requirements for products and raw materials and ensure that the materials meet the expected requirements for the use of products and raw materials prior to shipment;
7. 与物流部等相关部门合作，确保物料能够按时交付；
8. pan>Cooperate with Logistics Department to ensure the timely delivery of materials;
9. 结合产品的成本分析，在全球范围内寻找合适的供应商，以确保采购物料具有竞争性；
10. pan>Looking for a suitable supplier on a global basis to ensure competitive purchasing of materials, taking into account the cost analysis of the product;
11. 与销售密切合作，寻找潜在的商业机会；
12. pan>Work closely with sales to identify potential business opportunities;
13. 按照项目预期进度，每天进行进度更新，并对遇到的困难，及时向上级领导反馈；
14. pan>Update the project schedule on a daily basis according to the expected progress, and provide timely feedback to the supervisor for any difficulties encountered;
15. 完成上级主管安排的临时性工作。
16. pan>Other work assigned by the VP of operation.

任职要求：

Qualification:

1. 本科及以上学历，生物类、工程类、化学类、机电类等理工专业；
2. nimum B.S/B.A degree with a major in project, engineering, mechanical or electronic or equivalent;
3. 5年以上医疗器械领域项目技术管理或采购工作经验；
4. years’ experience in project management or sourcing in Medical Device field;
5. 熟悉产品制造过程，并能够掌握材料的市场变化行情；
6. miliar with the manufacturing process and market situation for most of the commodities;
7. 对产品组成有比较深刻的认识，掌握产品成本控制技能；
8. ve deep understanding of cost structure and familiar with cost reduction tools;
9. 较强的数据分析能力、表达能力和Excel报表制作技能；
10. rong analytical skill on the data, good presentation and excel skill;
11. 较强的逻辑思维能力，良好的语言表达和组织能力；
12. rong logic ideation and Language expression ability and organization skill;
13. 良好的跨部门协调能力和沟通能力；
14. rong communication skill in matrix environment;
15. 中英文语言能力良好（阅读，写作及口语）。

Be good at both Chinese & English language (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
