岗位职责:

Provide legal support for rapidly scaling business and operations of a major printing and market service multinational in China;
Perform company secretariat role including but not limited to legal entities registration, director renewal, BOD resolution in company's Asian legal entities;
Provide HR and employment legal support, including employee termination case review and legal advices, labor disputes, labor relevant policy advice;
Immersion into and understanding of the client departments that he/she will be supporting.
Integration with a global Legal team, including the existing China Legal team;
Initiate and carry projects and work under the supervision of legal leader;
Formulate and conduct training of colleagues;
Handle litigation and arbitration issues under the supervision of legal counsel;
Conduct legal research (published materials, offline industry feedback, oral inquiries with authorities).

任职资格:

Bachelor or master from a law school in China with good academic credentials;
3-5 years of experiences with MNC, experiences with reputable law firm will be an advantage;
China Bar would be preferred;
Well versed in legal terminology and skilled in legal writing
Good communication in English & Chinese
Quick learner & team worker with strong sense of responsibility
Amicable and good inter-personal skills.
