岗位职责：

1. 协助做好招聘培训的具体性事务，如发放招聘启示、收集资料、安排面试、培训组织、表格表单收集。

2. 协助组织企业文化活动，如员工生日会、Team building、年会等。

3. 录入更新员工信息，维护员工档案库。

4. 协助完成后勤工作，包含但不限于订餐、水、物流、办公用具等日常行政工作。

5. 上级安排的其它事项。

任职要求：

1. 专科及以上学历

2. 有良好的文字表达能力，熟悉办公软件及办公设备。

3. 工作认真仔细，做事有条理性。责任心强，具有团队精神。
