Responsibility:

1. Guide the technician to do NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) relate tests, such as engine dyno NVH testing, chassis dyno NVH testing, speak/TL testing, hot flow testing and on road NVH testing.

指导技师进行NVH试验，整车转毂试验及发动机台架声学试验，降噪量及传递损失试验，背压试验和道路NVH测试

2. Perform model test and related data analysis.

熟悉模态试验及相关数据后处理

3. Guide technicians to complete the NVH tests according to specifications and take responsible for the NVH tests from setup to result delivering.

指导技师按照要求完成试验并负责从安装到结果提交的整个试验过程

4. Perform NVH data acquisition and analysis. 

熟悉使用LMS Test.Lab 软件进行NVH数据采集和处理

5. Make judgment on test result and deliver qualified results.

负责判断测试结果和提交准确的测试结果

6. Responsible for transducers and equipment maintenance.

负责传感器和设备的维护

7. Communicate with customers or other function team about the tests.

负责与内外部客户沟通

8. Lab working procedure maintenance and documents management.

负责实验室工作流程的维护和文档管理

9. Lead NVH testing related trouble shooting.

负责NVH测试相关问题解决

Requirement: 

1. Major in Vibration and Acoustic engineering, Engine or Vehicle engineering.

振动和噪声工程，发动机或车辆工程本科

2. More than 2 years of NVH testing work experience.

超过2年NVH试验工作经验

3. Basic knowledge of NVH and data acquisition.

熟悉汽车NVH测试原理和知识

4. LMS test lab operation experience is required.

要求精通操作LMS Test.Lab 软件

5. Modal test experience is preferred.

有模态测试经验优先

6. Vehicle NVH testing work experience is preferred.

整车NVH测试经验优先

7. Team work spirit, initiative and responsibility.

具有团队合作精神，积极主动，责任心强

8. Good written and spoken English.
