Main Responsibilities/主要职责：

  Order Income for assigned customers in the Sales Unit / Sales Region

  完成所负责销售区域内指定客户销售额

  Conversion Rate Leads – Sales

  提高销售成功率

  

 Systematic sales increase with potential customers

  系统性规划并开发潜在客户

  

 Manage the efforts and performance of assigned dealers including resolution to dealer conflict when multi-dealer is involved.

  管理现有签约代理商的销售表现和业绩。

  

 Manage the necessity and justification of signing up new dealers either when replacing or retaining the existing dealer(s).

  管理和判断签约新代理商的能力。

    

Job Requirement/职位要求：

 Have extensive HVACR industry background and professional skills.

  暖通行业背景和专业技能

  

Create new applications within various industries through Channel and directly with End Users.

  通过合作伙伴和行业客户开发相应的应用

  

Excellent presentation, communication skills

  优秀的表达、沟通能力；

  

Good English communication, written and spoken (English Cert 4 or above)

  较好的英语交流、说写能力（英语四级水平

  

Proficient in office software (PPT, EXCEL)

  能熟练应用办公室软件（PPT, EXCEL）
