主要职责：

1. Primary responsibilities are concerned with development and support for the systems and processes used by both central MP&L and the associate plant MP&L operations

2. Play a lead role in developing strategies for common global systems and business processes.

3. Interface between JLR MP&L and JV MP&L for systems strategies

4. Develop and document the business case to support system and process enhancements and establish quantified benefits to justify development effort.

5. Write business specifications

6. Coordinate and prioritise system development plans with user department and technical system support staff.

7. Write test scripts and test system functionality

8. Prepare training materials, help information and user guides for new functionality, and to provide training, data conversion support and launch support / coordination to end user activities.

3. Experience of delivering SAP based MRP systems from a user perspective in business critical applications

4. Development of systems requirements to support new system introductions

5. Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry
