主要职责：

1. Develop overall vehicle planning & scheduling strategy for the JV

2. Confirm capacity feasibility by programme

3. Develop short/medium/long term volume plans in conjunction with relevant functions

4. Generate the Production Operating Strategy for the JV。

5. Agree a market/derivative build mix with Sales and populate the Pipeline Ordering System (PLO)

6. Ensure timely order availability from Sales and manage the order bank to agreed customer Delivery Precision and lead-time targets Support Plant Vehicle Scheduling teams with timely order submissions and order priorities

7. Analyze order bank option take rates and populate PLO with accurate and up-to-date information

8. Work closely with Sales, Brand and Purchase and support CPAT processes to identify and resolve capacity issues

9. Support ongoing order to delivery improvement initiatives and plan and implement agreed changes

10. Liaison with JLR UK to balance volume requirements with JLR Global Supplier capacity

11. Contingency planning in the event of supply base failure

Suzhou Chery Jaguar Land Rover Co., Ltd, is an independent joint venture between Chery Automobile and Jaguar Land Rover.
