主要职责：

1. Responsible for supporting new product introductions to Paint shop, the role includes but is not limited to:- Feasibility Investigations, prototype build support, Project Planning, Facilities Engineering & modifications, Project Developing & maintaining master schedules, control of documentation issued by subcontract base etc……….

2. Successful candidate will work closely with Paint Production department and other Engineering disciplines to deliver programs & facility projects to cost targets and timing.

3. Successful candidate will provide a Manufacturing Engineering support role to Plant personnel as a member of cross-functional teams for problem solving and continuous improvement activities with regard to Safety, Quality & Cost.

4. Responsible for management of facility documentation and data in line, supporting TS, ISO, SHARP, LQOS & FPS internal and external audits.

5. Responsible for all aspects of Capital Expenditure Project tracking focusing on Product & Non product related expenditure from project conception through to delivery, commissioning & handover to the customer in line with policies & procedures utilised.

3. Knowledge of paint Process requirements

4. Experience of procurement and project management of facilities

5. Experience of mechanical or electrical or control systems

6. Good English and Chinese language skills

7. Skilled user of 2D and 3D CAD systems

8. Good teamwork and communication skills.
