主要职责：

1.Setup and manage the Paint Maintenance Team

2.Support AME during early stages of the project. – Facility Design & Maintenance

3. Manage the planned maintenance programmes.

4.Monitor plant, equipment and process operations for correct performance and define and implement strategies that drive improvement

5.Monitor product quality and quantity information and formulate Continuous Improvement actions

6. Develop educational/training plans for Maintenance

7.Manage the procurement of maintenance materials, whilst remaining inside budgetary targets.

8.Support the TPM autonomous maintenance programme with required resources.

Suzhou Chery Jaguar Land Rover Co., Ltd, is an independent joint venture between Chery Automobile and Jaguar Land Rover.
