主要职责：

1. Project management, planning, developing and implementation of all written Processes for manufacturing, for new model introduction and model year changes.

2. Generate build process strategy for manufacturing.

3. Lead supplier selection and vendor management.

4. Provide feasibility of all designs to suit manufacturing build requirements.

5. Planning, developing and implementation of all tooling and jigs and fixtures for manufacturing, for new model introduction and model year changes.

6. Process Capability of all processes and equipment, including Dimensional Management applications.

7. Drive the application of Lean Manufacturing Design principles.

8. Quality Planning and Analysis for Manufacturing.

9. Creation, development and monitoring of timing plans and cost trackers.

10. To support the Manufacturing teams with Hours per car and cost reduction activities.

11. Provide product and process support to NEPT (New Equipment Procurement Team) activities.

12. Manage and support technical issues and escalate where appropriate.

1. Educated to Degree level in an engineering discipline

2. Experience of automotive manufacturing and paint processes

3. Knowledge of Product Development procedures

4. Good English and Chinese language skills

5. Skilled user of 2D & 3D CAD systems

6. Good teamwork and communication skills.

7. Experience of quality planning and implementation.

8. Good project management skills.
