职位描述

主要职责:

1. Work with the Project Manager and Purchase to define the optimum split of packages of work to be offered to each diemaker

2. Develop a master schedule and manage the timing of all major phases, from process, design through manufacture to delivery, installation and commissioning of dies in the JV press shop.

3. Work closely with the press manufacturer (through the JV stamping facility engineer), automation suppliers and internal suppliers/customers such as PD and BIW to ensure the dies will achieve all running, maintenance and product quality targets

4. Take responsibility for all buy-off events throughout the die programme, keeping a close eye on cost, quality and timing. Maintain control of all engineering changes to optimise timely incorporation into dies as the product evolves.

岗位要求;

1. Knowledge: Experience of premium automotive panel quality standards and the associated metrics,Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the process of die design and manufacture, educated to degree level.

2. Skills: Tracking project KPI's and reporting out to departmental Manager on a regular basis,Familiarity with part feasibility simulation software (FEA) and analysis of results. Familiar also with MS Office and Catia V.5,Fluent in English and Mandarin – both written and spoken

3. Experience: Delivering a stampings programme into a new facility with strict adherence to Programme timing milestones. Representing the department in programme reviews.

4. Experience: Working with the JV partner and suppliers to develop new die design standards, which must be cost efficient and robust but don't detract from the required part quality.

5. Experience: Tracking Project Capital Expenditure, focusing on base tooling costs, associated activities and costs driven through process and product change.

6. Experience: A comprehensive knowledge of HLTO processes in order to deliver matching or better quality standards than the UK-JLR products,Working closely with dimensional management and metrology areas to develop strategies and processes for panel measurement, then supporting design and manufacture of single panel checking fixtures through to delivery and PSW

7. Experience: Leading supplier selection and vendor management throughout the die manufacture and commissioning process,Providing feasibility of all designs to suit manufacturing build requirements.

8. Behavioural: Managing and supporting technical issues and escalating where appropriate. Demonstrating a pro-active problem-solving approach,working closely with all other Engineering disciplines across the business to deliver the Stampings programme to within cost and timing targets.
