主要职责：

1. Support and develop the resource requirements for the Plant to support future model programs

2. Support and develop Plant Launch activities for all forms of communication.

3. Develop training plans in conjunction with Product Development, AME and the Plant

4. Support the Planning of Batch and Hold in conjunction with a 3^rd Party Provider

5. Support Projects and Planning related to Run out of current models and Run in of future models

6. Support Plant activities for PR including Plant Fleet Management.

7. Update and track the Plant Launch Budget

岗位要求：

1. Degree in Engineering discipline or Business

2. Strong computer skills (Excell, Office, Power Point and Project).良好的计算机技能。

3. 2 years Automotive. 1 years Launch, Manpower Engineering

4. Problem Solving skills.

5. Ability to deliver objectives on time

6. Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required

7. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.

8. Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Suzhou Chery Jaguar Land Rover Co., Ltd, is an independent joint venture between Chery Automobile and Jaguar Land Rover.
