职位描述
主要职责：
1. Be a key influence in the Control and Deliver of each individual build phase from TT to MP plus 90 days.
2. Lead and control key elements of the build delivery to ensure a "Flawless Launch" including
3. Build Planning, PVBR, AIMS Management, Open to Go / PSW and PCPA.
4. Provide a number of key reporting matrices in line with currently established processes to
5. Provide guidance and advice using appropriate risk analysis tools on launch feasibility.
6. Provide PDL & Launch Budget input that allow responses for all Manufacturing activities, for Future Models from .
7. Lead the review process for LQOS activities both in terms of management, control & delivery by milestone &
8. build phase.
9. Adopt and support a 6 Sigma / Problem Solving mindset working with the team on various business improvement elements relating to launch.
10. Maintain a Launch Master Schedule.

1. Degree Business/ Commercial
2. Skilled in Business acumen and negotiation experience
3. Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin
6. 3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
7. At least 1 years project Management
