岗位职责：

1、负责公司行政事务工作，包括转接总机电话，收发传真、信件和报刊，联系快递和货运，预订机票、宾馆等；

2、 负责接待来访客人，并通报各部门；

3、 打印、复印文件和管理各种表格文件；

4、 管理办公用品，管理和维护打印机、传真机、复印机等办公器材；

5、 协助公司财产、内务、安全管理，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政后勤服务；

6、 协助主管处理其他事务；

职位要求：

1、 28岁以下，大专及以上学历（应届毕业生亦可）。性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚，普通话标准；

2、 熟悉前台工作流程，能熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备。

3、 能够用英语进行简单的交流。
