Accountabilities:

  

1. Sephora soft display design and development

  

• Following with C&D/SEB whole year POG planning, understand the changing requests from business, provide soft display best solutions from overall view.

• Working with relative function team (SEB/Space planning/construction/supply chain …ect) to ensure Soft displays can be rolled out on time with quality.

• Weekly report for Sephora soft display

• Maintain data base

   

          

1. Brands Soft display standard regulation

  

• Execute display Guideline and provide training to brand (both brief meeting and on-site introduction) and make sure it is in line with Sephora criteria.

• Communicate with brands for display and visual changes approval following POG calendar launch plan, review prototypes, ensure it is on track , quality and criteria are on Sephora standard.

• In-store report for brands execution by POG execution in stores.

• Weekly report for Brands display and visuals project status update.

• Maintain data base

   

   

              

1. Projects Support

  

• Help line- manager to set-Up soft display regulation guideline. Plan and implement the principle in all stores with the assistance of retail.

• Maintenance the Soft display active list.

• Cooperate with category and retail to arrange VM soft display field Training by region by POG

• Support VM Pack

• Support NCS VM Update follow up

   

   

   

   

   

  Background

                      

1.  Education

  

• Bachelor degree in interior design, industrial design or relevant design field.

  

1. Work Experience

  

• 1-2 years of work experience in design or visual merchandising filed.

  

1. Required Characteristics

  

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, sketches, CAD /Photoshop software

• Strong visual awareness and eye for details and structure.

• Acknowledge of manufacturing process

• Ability to meet deadlines and work within time constraints

• Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work as part of the team, as well as independently
