平安银行信用卡催收工作职责： 1、主要通过电话的方式通知银行内部信用卡逾期客户进行提醒及督促客户尽快缴纳银行欠款，维护客户信用记录并挽回银行损失为最终目的; 2、对逾期账户的情况进行专业管理，根据客户实际要求做相应业务处理，及时反馈问题，向专业公司发起协办请求，配合其他催收方式的开展; 任职要求： 1、大专以上全任职学历，18-35岁以下，性别不限； 2、良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力，普通话标准； 3、有自信，能够承受一定的压力，熟悉运用办公软件，会电脑操作。 4、有一定的电销经验或催收经验； 薪资待遇: 1、试用期无责任底薪2800元+职级薪+绩效提成，前三个月最低收入6000左右，综合平均工资8000元，优秀者上不封顶； 2、 签订平安正式劳动合同； 3、 入职当月缴纳五险一金，工作满一年后可参加企业年金； 4、丰富多彩的员工团建活动及定期体检； 5、不定期开展管理类培训课程； 6、专业的职业规划及通畅的晋升聚道。
