工作内容：1、针对无抵押信用贷款逾期帐户的情况进行专业管理，根据客户实际要求做相应业务处理，及时反馈问题；

2、针对长期逾期拖欠贷款的客户进行提醒，督促，引导其结清欠款帐款。

3、对催收过程中发生的客户投诉进行妥善处理，根据每月制定工作目标，达成电话催收目标。

任职资格：1、中专及以上学历，18-30周岁，表现优秀者可留用

2、有银行客服、电话销售等工作经验者优先。

薪资：试用期5400 可长期***，周结（一天170元），月结（180元）
