职责描述：1、按照公司咨诉处理标准，对客户反映的投诉案件在规定时效内给予合理解决；

2：掌握部门售前、售中、售后实务流程，提供给客户快速、准确与专业的服务，取得客户认同；

任职要求：全日制本科以上学历，热爱咨诉事业，认同平安文化，有过客服或销售工作经验者优先；

薪资待遇：试用期基本薪资4700，三个月后5400，之后半年一考核，考核通过薪资上调1000

工作时间：正常班9：00--18：00 无加班拖延情况， 中午休息一个半小时，周六日固定双休，法定假日带薪休假，入职第一个月统一缴纳五险一金
