工作内容：

1、公司品牌宣传软文撰写，独立完成商业地产项目策划文案及竞标所需各类文件资料；

2、负责公司网站、微信、APP的整体运营、完善网站整体定位、风格设计，确立网站定位与发展方向；

3、负责网站的整体推广与宣传，并进行相关网络平台合作的对外合作、媒体合作、推广策划等相关工作的落实；

4、负责研究分析国家宏观经济、产业发展趋势等因素，对产业房地产市场的影响；

5、负责公司大数据研究，包括数据获取、加工处理、分析等工作；

6、 把大数据整理成专业的产品为用户提供咨询、可行性研究、项目投资、项目运营、营销定位等提供服务。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，两年以上房地产行业相关岗位经验，有房地产公司工作经验优先考虑；

2、有优秀的中文文字功底，具备优秀的文案编辑、润色、组织、整理和撰写的能力；

3、具备房地产专业知识、营销管理知识、市场调研、研发、报告撰写等方面的技能，具有较强的规划、数据整理技能；

4、英语听说读写流利；认真负责，抗压能力强；

5、熟练使用CAD、PPT、PS等相关软件。
