职位描述
工作职责 Responsibilities:
l Professionalism and positive attitude.

l Independently carry out orders under supervision of a higher-lever nursing staff or head nurse.
能在高年资护士和护士长的领导下独立执行护理操作。
l Able to assist training program & participate preceptor-tee relationship with new comers.
能够协助护士长做培训工作，和参与新职工的带教工作。
l Arrange daily RN assignment as needed
需要时帮助安排护士的日常分配工作。
l Cooperate with nursing and medical team.
与护理和医疗团队协作良好。
l Able to handle routine care and treatment of patients.
能够处理病人的日常护理和治疗。
l Orient patient to the ward upon admission.
对入院的病人做好入院指导。
l Monitor and record patient’s vital signs.
监测和记录病人的生命体征。
l Administer medications with co-check of second RN.
与第二名护士一起核对并给药。
Able to assist breastfeeding and related complications such as breast engorgement or fullness, nipple sore, nipple short or flat care etc.
能够协助产妇母乳喂养和处理相关并发症，如胀奶,乳房充盈，乳头疼痛，乳头短平的护理。
l Able to assist pregnancy with common complicated cases such as preeclampsia, preterm labor etc.
能够协助协助处理一些常见并发症，如产前子娴，早产等。
l Able to handle patient for C-Section Pre & Post Operative Care independently.
能够独立执行剖宫产前和产后的护理。
l Able to handle care of patient with abortion independently.
能够独立处理流产病人的护理。
l Able to assist common postpartum complications such as PPH, urinary retention, after pains, postpartum fever, DVT prevention etc.
能够协助处理常见产后并发症，如产后出血，尿储留，产后疼痛，产后发热，预防深静脉血栓等。
l Able to assist Crash Cart in Emergency situation such as PPH, Eclampsia etc.
能够协助医生处理紧急情况，如产后出血，子娴等。
l Able to handle neonatal vaccination & related recording including SIPIS entering independently.
能够独立操作新生儿疫苗接种和相关记录与上报上海市疾病预防控制中心。
l Able to instruct postpartum patient home care including NSVD, C-section & post abortion etc. before patient discharge home.
能够指导自然分娩，剖腹产和流产后的病人的相关家庭护理指导。
l Able to do nursing documentations independently.
能够独立准确执行护理书写。
l Assist head nurse in requisition and inventory of medical supplies, Store Medication & consumable supplies.
l 能够协助护士长申请和补充医疗用品，如库存药和医疗消耗用品。
l Able to understand and monitor IC indicator.
能够了解和监测质控数据。
l Maintain cleanliness of medical equipment used in direct patient care.
保证直接接触病人的医疗设备的清洁。
l Attend scheduled training and continuing education sessions at least 25 hours per year.
参加定期培训和继续教育课程，每年至少 25 个小时数。
l Update professional knowledge to meet hospital needs.
根据医院标准不断更新专业知识。
l Others as Head Nurse assigned
护士长分配的其它工作。
任职资格 Qualifications:
1). 学历要求 Education:l Minimal Education Requirement: 3 years nursing school graduated.最低教育水平要求：三年制护理学校毕业。
2). 工作经验要求 Working experience:l Minimal Experience Requirement: 3- 5 years working experience in nursing or 1-2 years in OB-Gy nursing area with good English speaking skills.
最低工作经验要求：3-5 年护理工作经验或者 1-2 年妇产科护理工作经验，英语口语能力好。
l Able to provide nursing care to patients in the assigned unit independently.
可独立在分配病区对病人提供护理。
l Demonstrates excellent nursing skills in OB-Gy area.
在妇产科专业领域展现优秀的护理技能。
l Same as level Ⅰ Nurse.
其他同一级护士一致。
l Language: Fluent English preferred.
语言要求：英语流畅者优先考虑。
4). 执照与证书要求 License & Certifications：
lCertificate or Licensing Needed: RN in China.
职业证书要求：中国注册护士。
