工作职责 Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in accordance to physician’s orders and individual patient needs in conformance with standards of nursing practice independently.

能够根据医生的医嘱和病人的个体化需求，为病人提供标准化的护理服务。

Observe and document pertinent information that reflects patient’s clinical condition, with fully respect to entire human being.

观察和记录反映病人临床状况的信息，带有对人类充分尊重的意识。

Close observe the patients vital signs and provide resuscitation as needed

严密监测病人的生命体征，必要时提供基础生命支持复苏术。

Independently use all equipment, such as IV &syringe pump, ECG, Skin bilirubin machine, hearing test machine.

独立使用所有设备，如输液泵，心电图机器，胆红素测试机，听力测试机。

Able to instruct high risk patient’s parents for choking rescue and CPR

能够指导高危患儿家长气道梗阻抢救和心肺复苏术。

Handover patient condition to next shift nurses, charge nurse and physicians completely.

完整地与下一班护士，护士长和医生交接病人的状况。

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing observations and care.

保持护理观察记录的准确性和完整性。

Perform or supervise treatment and administer medications as required.

根据需要监督各项护理治疗和药物管理。

Count narcotics in accordance to the institution’s policies and procedures.

根据医院政策和流程清点毒麻药物。

Actively participate in patient and/or family teaching; appropriately document it and response to instructions.

积极参与病人和家属的健康宣教工作；适当的记录宣教后效果。

Cooperate in maintaining a high level of order, safety and strict control over narcotics and other high alert medications.

与其他医疗部门保持高质量的协作，严格保证和控制毒麻药物和其他高风险药物的有序管理和安全。

Institutes emergency procedures in the absence of a physician to offset life threatening situations.

在医生不在场时，积极参与解决医院内的紧急医疗状况。

Keeps abreast of current nursing trends and continuing education opportunities.

及时了解当前的护理趋势和参与继续教育。

Take charge of code blue in absence of physicians.

医生不在场时，负责主管蓝色代码紧急抢救工作。

Assume night supervisor responsibilities as needed.

需要时担任夜班护士总值班职责。

Assume charge nurse responsibilities accordingly

根据需要担任主管护士的角色职责。

English and Chinese translation when necessary.

需要时负责中英文的翻译工作。

Escort all patients as assigned by Head Nurse and/or Assistant Head Nurse.

根据护士长和助理护士长的分配，负责护送病人。

Work as unit preceptor as needed.

必要时做好科室带教工作。

1). 学历要求 Education:

Minimal Education Requirement: 3 years nursing school/college graduated.

最低教育水平要求：三年制护理学校毕业。

2). 工作经验要求 Working experience:

Minimal Experience Requirement: at least 5 years working experience in specialty nursing.

最低工作经验要求：5 年以上专科护理工作经验。

Minimal 2 years oversea nursing experience preferred. 2 年以上海外护理工作经验优先考虑。

3). 技能要求 Skills:

Adequate communication skills in English and Chinese as well as nursing skills.

流利的中英文沟通能力和熟练的护理技能。

Demonstrate excellent nursing skills in required expertise.

在专业领域展现优秀的护理技能。

Language: Fluent English preferred.

语言要求：英语流畅者优先考虑。

Licensing Needed: Registered Nurse license in China.
