工作职责 Responsibilities:

l Provide verbal interpreter service for consultant as needed

如果需要，为医生提供翻译服务。

l Check vital signs, blood withdraw and escorting patient for procedures if needed.

监测病人生命体征，抽血和护送病人转运。

l Call back lab results, follow up on referral, and keep track of all reports, including lab, imaging.

回访实验室的化验结果，跟踪病人转诊情况，跟踪所有的报告，包括化验和影像结果。

l Have good communication skills internally and externally.

具有良好的内部和外部的沟通能力。

l Provide basic qualified nursing care to patient, assist higher-level nurse with patient care and procedures.

为病人提供基础的合格的护理服务，协助高年资护士为病人提供护理服务和操作。

l Positive working attitude and be willing to take challenged work, be a team member.

积极的工作态度，愿意接受工作挑战，具有团队精神。

l Escorting stable patients to local hospital for certain procedure as needed.

护送病情稳定的病人到当地医院做特定的治疗。

l Consumables top up.

及时补充医疗用品。

l Triage telephone calls.

接听并筛选来电。

l Maintain and organize the test result/ referral filling system.

维护和组织测试结果/填充查询系统。

l Work with physician to provide documentation as needed.

必要时与医生合作，提供文档。

l Help to answer patient’s medical inquires.

回答病人的医疗问题。

Other Duties Performed 其他职责

l Attend Nursing English Training Classes.

参加护理英语培训课程。

l Annual CNE credit as required.

根据需要参加年度CNE 课程。

l Improve Nursing skills to meet Hospital standard.

根据医院标准提高护理技能。

l Attend internal training as assigned by head nurse/assistant head nurse.

参加由护士长/助理护士长组织的内部培训。

任职资格 Qualifications

:1). 学历要求 Education:l Minimal Education Requirement: at least 3 years school of nursing graduated.

2). 工作经验要求 Working experience:

l Minimal Experience Requirement: working experience in nursing at 1- 2 years.

最低工作经验要求：1-2 年护理工作经验。最低教育水平要求：三年制护理学校毕业。

3). 技能要求 Skills:

l Competence in English and Chinese communication skills preferred.

中英文交流沟通能力优先考虑。

l Basic clinical nursing skills, professional telephone etiquette.

基本的临床护理技能，专业的电话礼仪。

l Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment.

有处理复杂问题的能力，能承受压力和快节奏的工作环境。

l Good computer skill and customer service skills.

良好的计算机能力和客户服务技巧。

l Flexible and able to work with multi-nationalities and all levels nurses.

能够灵活的和不同背景和不同水平的护士协作工作的能力。

l Language: Fluent English preferred.

语言要求：流利的英文交流更好。

4). 执照与证书要求 License & Certifications：

l License Needed: RN in China.

资格证书要求：在中国的注册护士
