岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
？ Work closely with clinician to identify clinical system needs for paper-electronic transformation, provide software function and workflow analysis for system wide assigned areas. Understand each particular clinical group’s requirements for Implementation and ensures they are met or are on track to meet in the future.
？ Communicate with cross section of interdisciplinary to effectively ensure successful implementation of EMR functionalities and workflows
？ Prepare clear and well organized project-specific documentation to reflect methods used, etc. with sufficient detail to support comprehension and replication of the analysis.
？ Consistently validates and ensures integrity across data systems when data analysis is performed.
？ Ability to work collaboratively with super users in systematic problem solving and innovative thinking. Provides immediate notification to management as required to respond to issues and problems
？ Provide system requirement recommendations in order to configure technical application solutions.
？ Performs QA on post-live practices. Reviews practice’s usage of the system in all areas and determines which areas need improvement (gap analysis). Determines action plan for improvement in deficient areas. Continuously looks for ways to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, quality, etc. of implementation.
？ Set and manage priorities and meet deadlines

任职资格:

Experiences and Skills
？ Experience in analyzing clinical workflows
？ Ability to integrate software concepts, function and clinical workflows and procedures quickly
？ Experience in implementing EMR modules and functions
？ Sound experience in testing developed software
？ Optimistic resolve to automate processes that improve efficiencies
？ Ability to clearly communicate with clinical and technical staff and vendors
？ Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English. Outstanding customer service skills including the ability to interact with different levels of users and presentations skills
？ Experience with workflow analysis, documentation, user training and support
？ Excellent understanding of data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems in healthcare settings.
？ Provision of creative solutions to operational challenges
？ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and man-management skills
？ Desire to work in systems building /development environment
