岗位职责：

1. Responsible for sales target in appointed E-commerce platform to maximize sales volume，Work out and execute promotion plans

   完成电子商务平台的销售目标, 以协助中国区提高销售任务, 制定并执行促销计划

    

2. Working with sales and marketing team to setup and develop E-commerce business, build up and maintain the relationship with E-commerce customers including business negotiation according to aligned E-commerce strategy.

   与销售和市场团队合作, 发展电子商务业务, 建立和维护与电子商务客户的关系, 执行公司的电子商务战略参与商务谈判

    

3. Effectively use digital marketing in conjunction with traditional marketing/sales approaches.

   结合传统营销方式对电子商务营销进行有效开发

    

4. Tracking and evaluate E-commerce performance, identify improvement opportunity and ensure continually high performance.

   跟踪和评估电子商务业务,制定改进计划以确保持续的良好表现

    

5. Tracking and monitoring the expending of E-Commerce budget

   管理电子商务业务的预算及支出

    

6. Complete the task required by manager

   领导交代的其它相关工作

 

任职要求：

1. More than 5 years of relevant experience often preferred. At least 3 years sales experience.

   五年相关的工作经验，至少三年相关的销售经验

    

2. Bachelor’s degree in biology or Life science related.

   生物学或生命科学相关专业本科学历

    

3. Basic knowledge on digital marketing

   了解数字化营销基础知识

    

4. Excellent communication skill, coordination capability and a strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.

   具备优秀的沟通能力、协调能力和职业素养

    

5. Willing to business travel.

   能适应出差
