工作职责：

• CNGCS Work Queue, focus on OTD, quality and engineer’s productivity.

• Follow CN GCS work queue. (Prioritize work queue, focus on correct timing when needed, when and who starts the request)

• Balance cases (if needed) with other location

• Increase team’s competence, both quotation & technical by keeping trainings

• Communication meetings with PG GCS.

• Engineer rotation

• Bi-weekly meeting, share classic cases

• People management and development

• Qualitfication and Requirments

• 
  

Bachelor degree or above, engineering background.

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, motor design experiences plus.

5 years above People management skill.

Good communication and negotiation skills as well as a customer oriented mind set are essential.

Good plan to work by defining priorities and work in a systematic, efficient fashion within the required timeframe.

Good basic PC skills (Microsoft office).

Good English skills, both in oral and writing.
