Job Description: ·

1、Support service sales team in Orders management, and handling the sales quotation, provide the necessary support to Service Sales Team.

支持服务销售团队进行订单管理，处理销售报价，为服务销售团队提供必要的支持 ·

2、Assist with commercial processes including tendering document preparation, document collection for distributor application and contract distribution.

协助商业流程，包括投标文件准备、分销商申请文件收集和合同分发。

3、Participant service daily management. Response to parts and pricing queries from internal and external customers. ?参与服务日常管理。对零件的响应和来自内部和外部客户的价格查询。

4、Act as coordinator and work closely with service team , preparing basic information through SalesForce.

作为协调员，与服务团队紧密合作，通过SalesForce准备基本信息。

5、Participate actively in local networks of service, support, customer services, marketing and finance to maximize area performance. Perform other tasks and accepts other responsibilities as determined by the Manager.

积极参与当地的服务、支持、客户服务、市场营销和财务网络，以最大限度地提高区域绩效。执行其他任务并接受经理确定的其他职责。

Skills/Knowledge: ·

1、Bachelor degree or equivalent level. Sales admin working experience in relevant life science instrument company for at least 2 years. or equivalent.

本科或同等学历。至少2年以上相关生命科学仪器公司销售管理工作经验。

2、Good communications skills. Good skills in MS Office.

良好的沟通能力。熟练运用MS Office办公软件。 ·

3、Solid organizational and time management skills. Good skills in English and MS Office.

扎实的组织和时间管理技能。良好的英语和办公技能。
