1、达到并提升在质量、领先时间和项目利润方面的目标

-领导项目团队遵守集团标准和发展过程,决策(在必要时与各部门主管的帮助)以满足项目的利润目标,质量和交货时间

-监视在项目启动时输入的数据的准确性,跟踪报价保留和客户接受的报价

-负责整个项目的经济改善行动,并与项目组和部门主管进行交流。

-初始化预算目标,并与项目团队共同协作(公关/ PV)。

-与他们的团队准备阶段转变,并介绍给他们相关的行动计划

-管理由客户或内部服务要求的修改,并提出技术经济变化,以提高项目利润率

-决定进行内部修改,并与项目组达成协议

职位要求:

1、本科及以上学历;

2、熟悉汽车内外饰注塑件产品;

3、有3年以上项目管理经验;

4、工作语言:英语


Responsibilities:

1 --Attain and improve Cost, Quality, Lead-Time and Margin objectives

-Lead the project team in compliance with the Development Guide (DG), arbitrate decision-making, possibly with the assistance of department heads, in order to comply with the project's cost, quality and lead-time objectives

-Verify the accuracy of the CAM according to the successful quotes and the proposal accepted by the customer.

-Prepare the economic document for the project launch meeting.

-Define budgetary targets in collaboration with the project teams (PR/PV).

-Lead and coordinate the weekly project review and verify proper implementation of the resulting action plan with the group's inner circle

-Plan and present transitions to new phases with the related action plans

-Conduct a review of milestone completions and propose validation of completed stages to the Business Unit Director and Program Manager

-Manage modifications requested by the customer or by an internal department and propose technical and economic changes in view of improving project profitability

-Decide on carrying out customer modifications in agreement with the Sales Representative

-Decide on carrying out internal modifications in agreement with the project group

-Validate the relevance of the remainder of the project to ensure margin upon completion

-Validate customer orders and verify with the sales representative that they have been safely received

-Validate purchase request undertakings

-Anticipate project risks (technical, economic, lead-time or quality) and get support from departments and management should there be any deviation in project implementation, and verify the robustness of the action plan

-Ensure pre-validation of product/process for new concepts

-Ensure that experiences are built upon with the Heads of Departments

-Make sure that the delivery date is respected and that initial samples are compliant and ensure proper functioning of invoicing and payment in relation to project and customer milestones (date and compliance)

-Ensure that the project file is regularly updated (action plan, schedule, profitability, etc.)

-Implement and supervise a product/process productivity plan, from launch, and ensure that it is completed to reach profitability targets in the Production Units (PU)

-Retrieve and share actual production data with factory management controllers.

-Determine and analyze differences in results compared to the target data

-Schedule "full operation" days (Full Operation Validation) and analyze the results to check convergence with technical data forecasts

-Update project status in Mecaplast databases and close the project in the monitoring databases

-Coordinate the planning, manufacturing and delivery of parts requested by customers and internal validations before the factory enters into mass production.


2 --Ensure proper flow of information

-Ensure that communication flow with customers is defined and shared

-Update and distribute the project action plan at least weekly

-Organize and coordinate customer project reviews. Ensure that each meeting with the customer ends in agreement on jointly drafted minutes including an action plan, deadlines and economic changes

-Update and distribute internal reports: cost prices and selling prices for parts, cost prices and selling prices for investments in designing and tools

-Ensure proper planning of internal investment requests and participate in their preparation

-Prepare monthly economic reports for the program committee and the performance review.

-Update project RAEs, monitor project execution and margin upon completion in collaboration with the management controller (notify in advance of any deviations from budget).

-Ensure that technical and economic data is coherent and shared with the various management controllers (site and branches)


3 --Participate in continuous improvement of the Development process

-Build on the teams' experience to improve our technical and economic results


Requirements:

-Ability to manage the entire product development process,

-Ability to coordinate between several fields that he/she masters: project management, quality management, etc.

-Ability to ensure operational management of the activity and resources of several fields

-Interpersonal skills both internally and externally (customer), negotiation and communication skills

-Ability to mobilize and focus energy around a common project and lead a group


Job Requirements,

- Bachelor degree or above;

- familiar with injection molding products;

- 3 years experience in project management

-Proficient in both written and oral English.
