职位描述：

"1-定义其负责项目的产品生产工艺流程

-参与其负责部分的成本计算（资源，包装，流程等）

-评估产品设计所涉及的工艺要求

-向项目组提出满足项目，客户，工厂三方都期望的工艺规划

-实施VSM ,确认它被工厂执行，并实时随资源变更而变更。

-和项目组及工厂人员一起，领导研究投资节约的工作。

-关注接收方的精准生产要求及美嘉SPM标准。

-依照生产工艺标准，定义设备功能（包含装配，涂装，表面处理及包装）

- 起草自动化设备功能定义。

-负责制定过程FMEA，包含客户特别要求及相关产品设计中的工艺相关约束条件。

- 验证供应商提出的技术解决方案（或在专家支持下），使其遵循集团工业化部门制定的执行标准。

-监督项目相关外协零件的生产。

-使用工业化集成计划管理项目移交过程的知识资源。

-依照客户标准，在全面运作阶段，执行并检查验证工艺开发执行效果。

-向标准制定人员提交所遇到的问题

-遵循法律法规、方法及工业化工具开发标准

-在功能定义发往供应商招标前，从受让方的角度去模拟工艺解决方案的实施。

-评估项目绩效指标，并采取相应的改正措施

-加强项目内信息交流，培养团队精神

-实时汇报自己的工作（预算管理，进度计划，性能水平等）

-和工厂一起，验收工业化资源，以达到项目目标

-制定必须的措施改进结果

-和相关方一起，制定项目反馈文件

-和创新工程师一起，提出创新性的解决方案，加强并开发标准文库

-向项目组成员介绍客户及供应商的相关标准。

-从接受方角度，实施测试或开发要求以验证新的标准。

职位要求：

1.知道GD&T图纸,知道SGM /上汽CF设计标准和程序的发展。

2.三维软件的好技能,比如UG / CATIA或固体。

3.良好的英语口语、阅读和写作。

4.良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力。

Job description,

1-Define the process and industrialisation of production resources for his/her assigned projects

- Take part in costing for his/her area of activity (resources, packaging, flow, etc.)

- Incorporate process constraints in the product design

- Provide the project team with industrial scenarios that meet the expectations of the project/customer/plant

- Initiate VSM, ensure it is taken into account by the plant when resources are transferred and ensure monitoring

- Within the project and with the plant, lead work aimed at reducing the costs of investments

- Take into account the receiving site's Lean Manufacturing requirements and the Mécaplast Production System (SPM) standards

- In line with industrialisation standards for production resources, define equipment specifications (assembly, paint, finish and packaging)

- Contribute to specifications for control means

- Be responsible for performing process FMECAs, including those required from suppliers and for taking into account process-related constraints in Product-Process design

- Validate the technical solutions proposed by suppliers (with support from the experts), which must be in line with the group standards defined by the Industrial department.

- Monitor the production of resources and peripheral components for his/her projects

- Manage the transfer of knowledge required for launch using the industrial integration plan (managed by the Launch Manager).

- Carry out and check process developments and validate results during Full Operation Days or Full Operation Assessments based on customer standards.

- Capitalise on problems encountered as they arise with people responsible for standards.

- Comply with the rules, methodologies and industrial tools of the development standard.

2 - Lead his/her activity

- Based on the objectives of his/her project, lead and provide continuous support to the project team.

- With the receiving site, organise "mock"projects to ensure the industrial solution is applied in the field before specifications are sent to suppliers for invitations to tender

- Monitor performance indicators for his/her project and take corrective action if necessary

- Ensure information is communicated within the team and foster team spirit

- Report on his/her activity (budget monitoring and estimated time to completion, schedule, performance level, etc.)

3 – Manage process qualification for his/her assigned projects

- Based on the objectives of his/her project, qualify industrialised resources with the plant

- Make the necessary decisions to optimise his/her results

- Produce a file containing feedback about the project with all stakeholders

4 – Participate in developing innovative solutions

- Put forward innovative solutions to enhance or develop the standards libraries, in conjunction with the Innovation Engineers

- Provide the project team with information from customer or supplier benchmarks

- With the receiving site, implement the tests or developments required to validate new standards

Job Requirements:

1.know the GD&T drawing, know SGM/SAIC CF design standard and procedure of development.

2.Good skill of 3D software, such as UG/ CATIA or Solid works.

3.Good of English speaking, reading and writing.

4.good ability of Team working and communication skills.
