岗位职责：

1、处理总经理日常事务性工作；

2、协助总经理做好重点项目/客户的沟通维护、前端管理；

3、协调安排各类工作会议、活动，做好会议记录并跟踪落实情况；

4、协助上传下达的工作布置及安排，监督并落实重要计划事项；

5、负责协助总经理接待商务客户工作；

6、完成总经理交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，市场、管理、广告等相关专业；

2、具备某一专业领域经理级任职经验，有成功案例；

3、熟悉商务接待流程，具备良好的对外公关商务应酬能力；

4、熟练掌握一门外语，独立撰写公司相关文件；

5、良好的文字功底，良好的语言表达及沟通力，逻辑思维敏捷；

6、抗压力强，有较强的组织、协调、人际交往能力，有敏锐的洞察、判断、计划和执行能力；

7、热爱广告公关行业，对时尚有敏感度。
