2、研究分析现有客户构成及行为习惯，维护客户标签体系，并有针对性地设计客户营销活动，有效控制顾客流失率

3. 具备较好的数据挖掘与分析能力，并能从数据中得出潜在发展趋式，不断优化计划与方案

4. 维护会员俱乐部，增设会员附加值服务，优化会员购物体验

5. 了解CRM体系，能独立完成项目设计，沟通与开发

6. 熟悉CRM运营渠道（SMS，微信，APP，EDM），并有针对性的设计活动推送

7. 完成上级安排的其他工作

8. 数据银相关操作与策略制定

要求：

1. 有CRM运营经验优先

2. 有一定数据分析能力

3. 对线上线下CRM运营有自己的见解，可以基于不同客户现状了解给到CRM运营建议

4. 优先考虑线上CRM运营经验

5. 熟悉CRM运营相关支持系统及平台

6. 英文流利优先
