岗位描述：

1、 按要求审核报价及合同条款，起草销售合同，协助销售完成合同签订。

Implement contract review and draft sales contract, support sales on contract signing.

2、 协调合同履行，包括在SAP系统中录入销售合同，与客户及销售保持及时沟通，密切跟踪合同执行情况，协调公司各相关部门确保按时交货，协助收款，安排发货等。Process sales orders on SAP and follow proactively on its implement. Keep close communication with customers and sales, support payment collection, while coordinate internal departments ensuring on time delivery to customer. 

3、 处理商务活动中的相关客户咨询与要求，包括但不仅限于新客户申请，紧急催货，提供相关文件资料，协调售后服务等。

Taking care of other inquiries and requests from customer, incl. but not limited to coordinating new customer creation, expediting shipment, preparing required documents or certification, after sales support etc.

4、 提供各类数据统计及相关报告。

Prepare all required statistics and reports.

5、 内部销售的相关工作：如报价，客户接待等

Assignments as inside sales assistant: quotation, receiving customer etc.

6、 项目管理及工作流程的改善

Project management and improve working process.

7、 其他

岗位要求：

1、 Bachelor Degree and above 本科及以上学历

2、Good communication and coordination ability 沟通协调能力好

3、Good command of English 英文较好
