2、 帮助建立员工关系，协助员工与管理层的关系；

3、 支持项目工作，操作系统。

任职资格：

1、 本科以上学历；

2、应届生或者1年左右人力资源的工作经验；

3、 具有良好的职业道德，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神。
