岗位职责：

1、提供相关的法律咨询服务；

2、中英文起草、审阅各类法律文件；

3、负责重大决策的法律支持并提出意见；

4、负责与律师联系，处理公司的日常法律事务；

6、执行董事委派的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、大学本科及以上学历，法律专业，海外留学者优先考虑：

2、1年以上法务管理工作经历精通合同法、商法等；

3、具备各类法律事务的逻辑判断和分析能力、外部事务的公关能力；

4、具备良好的英文听说读写能力；

5、具备较强的人际交往能力，能承受较大的工作压力。
