1. To ensure the accurate and timely monthly closing and reporting, provide management report per business requirement, complete annual audit and tax report without findings; 确保准确及时的月度结帐和报告，根据业务要求提供管理报告，完成年度审计和税务报告;

2. Monthly financial closing and PRC reporting, group monthly/quarterly report and consolidaton package; accouting system daily maintenance, booking entry daily checking etc. 每月财务结算和中国报告，集团月度/季度报告和综合包;会计系统日常维护，预订日常检查等。

3. Annual audit and tax report and other government required reports;年度审计和税务报告及其他政府要求的报告;

4. Employment reimbursement checking and payment checking;员工报销检查和支付检查;

5. Annual budget and period forecast-PL/BS/Cash flow;年度预算和周期预测- PL/BS/现金流

6. Assisting to FM at workflow improvement, data analysis per business requirement, fixed assets management, CAPEX/OPEX report, cost saving initiatives, other assignments; 协助FM进行工作流程改进，根据业务需求进行数据分析，固定资产管理，CAPEX/OPEX报告，成本节约计划，其他任务

7. Reporting and internal controlling process; 报告和内部流程控制;

8. Coordination with Chinese financial auditor; 与中国财务审计师的协调;

9. Communication/coordination with local authorities; 与当地政府沟通/协调;

10. Communication/coordination with Group and IC Finance; 与集团和IC财务的沟通/协调;

Candidates Reqiurments

招聘要求

1. University degree in finance/accounting; 财务及会计专业本科毕业

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance/accounting management, experience; 至少3年以上财务/会计管理经验

3. Microsoft Office, EPR knowledge an advantage, proactive and prudent working style; 熟悉Office ，EPR， 积极主动，勤奋认真

4. Self-learning mindset and continuous improvement, teamwork and sharing Spirit;自我学习的心态和持续的改进，团队合作和分享精神;

5. Self-discipline and time management; 自律和时间管理;
