Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting;负责公司应收账款、应付账款会计核算；

2. Process the payment 安排实施付款

3. Responsible for ARAP reports 负责应收应付相关的报表

4. Confirm receipt of receivable 确认分析收到的款项

5. AR Reconciliation with suppliers 客户对账

6. AP Reconciliation with clients 供应商对账

7. Participate in ad hoc assignments as requested 领导安排的其他工作

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting or other finance related major.会计专业,大学或以上背景

2. Familiar with collecting and payment issues 熟悉收款和付款事宜

3. Minimum 1 years’ solid experience in processing account receivable, account payable 有1年以上相关工作经验

4. Good capability of listening, speaking, reading and writing English有英语的听、说、读、写能力

5. Proficient in Excel and ERP熟练使用和Excel和ERP财务软件
