岗位职责：

-协助工程部经理处理一些日常事务，包括一些邮件的回复，事情的上传下达；

-根据项目要求进行(工程相关的会议纪要，日报，周报，等）文件编辑工作；

-项目日常行政工作；

-大厦手续办理，并与大厦指定供应商做好协调沟通工作；

-协助项目经理做好政府部门报审工作（消防及质安监）,并做好相应资料准备工作；

任职资格：

-建筑相关专业，能够看懂图纸；应届生也可。

-良好的计划及执行能力，协调能力和人际沟通能力；

-熟悉Office等办公软件。
