1、审核与监督项目机电专业施工进度计划，管理与协调施工现场，建立完备的工程进度、质量、安全及文明施工记录制度。

2、负责项目机电设备安装的管理工作，参与项目施工组织设计中的安全文明施工管理方案、措施等制定，负责项目施工组织设计中的施工技术方案及防止质量通病方案的编制，熟悉招标文件、合同、图纸、施工现场等。

3、组织机电专业施工图纸会审，参与其他专业施工图会审。具体负责管理范围内安全文明方案的执行及安全文明措施的落实。

4、工程完工后，参与工程机电部分交接、整改等。
