3.Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently.

4.Liaise with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions.

与客房部领班沟通关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，汇报发现的问题并提出相应的整改建议。

5.Contribute to Housekeeping Departmental Meetings.

参与客房部部门会议。

6.Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the property in order to recognize and respond to guests needs.

掌握酒店各类特殊活动信息以便发现并满足客人需求。

7.Maintain Property information to be able to provide information to guests.

熟悉酒店情况，向客人提供相关信息。

8.Assist guests and escort them to locations within the property at their requests.

乐于帮助客人，并按照客人的要求陪同其到达酒店内的指定地点。

9.Complete tasks as directed by Management.

完成管理层交办的工作。

10.Refer major complaints to Management.

11.Operate equipment safety and sensibly.
