职位描述
1. 审批，商议和签署各类和合全服务相关的中英文合同。
2. 保证合全服务合同的签署遵循法律法规，公司政策以及公司内标准操作程序。
3. 定期更新合同及项目状态并和提供信息给牵涉人员。
4. 将中英文服务合同定期存档并管理合同文件库。
5. 回答合全内部用户关于合同的问题并提供合同指导。
6. 与国内外客户直接进行交流沟通。
7. 记录合同数量和审批时间，协助准备报告。
8. 协助管理并定期维护模板文件和其他文件。 REQUIREMENTS: 要求
1. 最少3年合同审批和管理直接经验，有CRO相关经验更佳。
2. 熟悉合同审批过程和常见商业惯例。
3. 英文说写熟练，有较高的中英文法律写作能力；有良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
4. 能进行多项目同时工作并如期独立完成任务。
5. 有优先化和计划管理能力；工作细致负责。
6. 工作热情和克服困难能力；较高的自我激励能力和对于学习新知识的热情。
7. 熟练使用word，excel，powerpoint，sharepoint，adobe acrobat 等
教育水平
1. 需要有4 年法学本科学历。
2. 需要有至少3年的直接相关经验。
3. 通过律师资格认证优先考虑。
