Job Description: 职位内容：

1. Handle routine C&B related matters and ensure C&B data complete and accurate;

处理日常薪酬福利相关事务，确保数据完整准确；

2.          In Charge of employees' monthly payroll, commission, all kinds of incentives calculation and ensure accuracy.负责员工日常薪资奖金计算发放，确保准确性。

3.          Involve in external market C&B research & trend analysis.了解外部薪酬福利的市场和趋势分析；

4.          Ensure internal C&B practices aligned with government regulations, e.g. social securities & housing fund annual base review and adjustment.

确保内部薪酬与政府规定相一致，如社会保险和住房基金年度基础审查和调整。

5.          Fulfill various C&B reporting requirements and submit to Finance or corporate HRs
完成各种C&B报告要求并提交给财务或公司人事部门

6.          Assists in employee annual merit increase, annual discretionary bonus, C&B data analysis & survey, etc. 协助员工年度绩效加薪，年度调薪奖金，C&B数据分析和调查等。

7.          Respond to staff enquiries related to compensation & benefits in a timely and professional manner. 及时、专业地回答员工有关薪酬和福利的询问。

8.          Act as a primary contact and communicate with cross functions to ensure HR effectiveness.
作为薪酬福利主要的联系窗口，对内对外沟通确保HR流程高效性

9.          Involve in annual budgeting process, personnel cost analysis and forecasting.
参与年度预算编制过程、人员成本分析和预测。

10.       C&B related project design and delivery.参与其他薪酬福利相关项目及落地；

Qualifications & Skills

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years C& B working experience, in multi-national company is preferred;

本科及以上学历，至少3年薪酬福利相关工作经验，跨国公司人力资源相关工作经验优先
2. Good customer service sense and attitude, good communication skill;

良好的客户服务意识和态度，良好的沟通能力;
3. Self-motivated, Quick learner, high sense of responsibility and integrity;

有上进心，有快速的学习者，有高度的责任感和正直;
4. Teamwork – good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment;

团队合作，良好的人际交往能力
5. Fluent English in both verbal and written.
