职位描述

Main Responsibilities
1. Strategy
-Be responsible for head quarter sales controlling work to implement sales finance strategy with key priorities to achieve sustainable and healthy sales growth, partner with head quarter sales functions including SOP, TM, GTM.
-Provide advice and decision to support divisional leadership team through financial steering and planning, sales performance tracking in national wide, business analysis, budgeting and forecasting process.


2. Business Steering
- Identify and assess business opportunities and risks by collecting, analyzing and preparing relevant financial information as basis for planning and steering to superior for efficiency and profitability improvement.
1. Lead the Customer Contribution Analysis cycle (CC3), including CC3 target setting for sales team; provide instructions and explain the key drivers to sales; lead the analysis to ensure reasonable data logic; monthly review the CC3 performance, identify the reasons for the deviation and propose the action plans.
2. Lead the review of key financial KPIs such as sales trend, pricing, sales mix, etc. Review with sales team to understand the reasons for deviations and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Partner with sales team including SOP, TM, etc. to review the key activities including promotions, price discounts, special trade terms and other special applications. Provide financial advice to improve the financial results.
4. Closely monitor the sales health related KPIs such as stock days, DSO, off-take, etc.; provide analysis and propose the action plans to management.
5. Support Global / Region on sales related projects and provide local analysis and advice.
6. Other ad hoc projects and assignments


- Manage budget and forecasting accuracy. Looks for opportunities for savings by maximizing synergies throughout the company

1. Lead the financial planning of trade spend budget, work closely with sales to setup trade spending budget and ensure trade spending is properly recorded by system; deeply involved in daily trade spending management for effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Monthly tracking the trade spending budgets to ensure the spending is within the budget.

3. Responsible for the trade spending system, work closely with IT and 3rd party vendor to optimize the system to better fit the latest operation requirement.
4. Act as business partner with TM and BA team, to control sales BTL budget; monitor the spending and budget transfers by activities to ensure the BTL spending is within control.
- Implement financial risk control matrix (RCM) and regular review internal control systems, tools to ensure the proper compliance of company policies and corporate governance.
1. Responsible for assigned OTC controls such as credit management, manual invoice adjustment, etc. Follow the control requirement according to RCM consolidated transparency with highlights and lowlights
2. Collaborate with field sales controller, NKA controller together drive business healthy, providing feedback, constructive advice and risk transparency.


3. Team management
1. Guide, motivate and develop the subordinate staff
2. Steer team members with assigning clear objectives and development forum participation.

External: External Audit


Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- 8 years of relevant business experience in FMCG or Retail, sales controlling experience is highly preferred
- Possesses good business sense, strategic thinking and data analysis ability
- Strong leadership and be able to lead the team to complete the works under pressure
- Strong minded and self-motived
- Good communication and influencing skill
- Proficiency knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge in internal control, especially in OTC cycle.
