Essential Responsibilities
· Develop manufacturing technology to drive manufacturing cost out and capacity growth
· Developing turn-key manufacturing solutions and industrialize technologies to support Supply Chain growth in region.
· Provide critical support to regional suppliers on machining process.
· Work with US team to support GE Aviation shops in US on manufacturing programs.
· Perform daily project tasks including testing, tracking, reporting and etc.

Role Summary/Purpose

Qualifications/Requirements
· Master or Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering.
· 2+ years manufacturing experiences in industry.
· 2+ years experiences in digital manufacturing, machining process or inspection.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Fluent in Mandarin and English.
· Highly motivated to direct work effort and drive closure.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a broad range of Engineering disciplines.
