岗位职责：
1、按照公司的招聘制度、流程和体系，统计招聘数据并做基础分析；
2、负责招聘渠道（中介渠道）维护及优化；
3、有效、快速的完成简历筛选、候选人初试、复试安排，并对面试结果进行记录，统计；
4、制定校园招聘的计划、实施、执行及后续人才培养工作；
5、协助建立、维护和更新公司的内外部人才库；

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、企业管理相关专业优先；
2、3年以上保险行业招聘工作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规，有保险电销中介管理工作经验者优先；
3、具有较强的分析能力、判断能力及良好的洞察力，强烈的敬业精神和责任感，良好的语言沟通能力、人际能力，有亲和力；
4、熟练操作office等办公软件，具备良好的数据分析能力；
