Key Responsibilities:

1.Product catalogue preparation which should include the market survey for which products we can buy from Asia (mainly in China).

2.The ability of cross communication in order to success of sourcing requests, qualification of suppliers, and realization sourcing amount / saving.

3.Identification of the sourcing requests from SG Gypsum & Insulation (worldwide), and then to perform it based upon sourcing guidebook or communicate to other team members accordingly. (By different steps as below-indicated).

4.Open Sourcing Project (as sourcing leader or coordinator).

5.Establishment / adaptation / validation of technical specifications & documents of sourcing requests in close cooperation with SG Gypsum & Insulation technical teams (GET) and central buyers, and in accordance with SG Gypsum & Insulation’s standards with additional criteria adapted to Chinese market if necessary.

6.Establish sourcing and supplier development planning.

7.Homologation of potential suppliers (handle qualification process of suppliers: basic evaluation / sample & technical evaluation /validation).

8.To work with suppliers independent or together with internal clients for clarifying of technical specification and technical & commercial negotiation.

9.Participate to decision process on final supplier choosing with proposal of risk management (“quality / costs” balance, contractual process, packaging & logistic, lead time, difficulty of quality control, and TCO concept).

10.Project follow – up (milestone, technical & commercial modification, communication between suppliers and SG Gypsum / Insulation, kick off meeting, process quality control, factory acceptance test, sea transportation, visa application, installation and commissioning, and payment with bank guarantee)

11.Supplier relationship management.

12.Make regular statistics and reporting.

Qualification Requirements：

1.Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (mechanic-electrical, mechanical, or electrical) or Chemical.

2.Minimum 3 years’ working experience in engineering & investment projects within industry or engineering sector (of preference, experience in Gypsum or Insulation; experience in purchasing & sourcing is a plus).

3.Excellent English.

4.Good computer skills.

5.Good capacity of communication & negotiation.

7.Good capacity for quality / cost analysis.

8.Good capacity of synthesizing.

9.Well organized and structured.

10.High integrity and reliability.
