Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Perform assigned Microbiological tests for incoming raw material, initial ,in- process and final product, PM of PVC bags, stability study, ,file sample, system control as per SOPs. responsible for in-process release of products and system.
根据SOP进行进厂原料、初始产品、中间产品、成品、PVC袋中的微粒、稳定性研究、留样及系统控制的微生物测试。负责生产过程中系统及产品放行。
2.Responsible for daily lab maintenance: reagents and lab ware management, Media preparation and lab equipment maintenance, etc.
负责实验室的日常维护：试剂及实验室用品的管理,培养基配制及实验室仪器维护等。
3. Follow laboratory EHS requirements.
遵守实验室环保健康安全规范。
4. Ensure all the testing performed are in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
保证所有的测试符合SOP和法规要求。负责产品的稳定性测试和日常的稳定性监控。
5. Provide testing service to other departments when requested.
提供其他部门需要的测试服务。
6. Standard operation procedures , record form and validation report.
完善标准操作规程、记录表格 及验证报告。
7. Responsible for microbiological analysis operation skill training for the new employees in micro.-lab
负责微生物室内新员工微生物分析操作技能的培训。
8. Fulfill the other temporary task assigned by supervisor.
完成主管临时交付的其他任务。
9. Commit to EHS regulatory compliance for the operation of the department and promote the importance of EHS requirements for the effective and efficient operation of the department.
在部门工作中遵守环保，健康和安全的法规要求，并促进环保，健康和安全要求在部门工作中的重要性。
10. Assist in incident and near miss investigations, determine and correct root causes, implement preventive actions and document follow-up activities.
协助事故及幸免事故的调查，确定事故的根本原因，采取预防措施并进行文件跟踪。

Qualifications:
1.At least 2 years laboratory experience in multinational pharmacy manufactures.
至少2年以上制药企业实验室的工作经验。
2.Understanding of processes concerned and selected testing method, First Aid and Safety knowledge is must理解相关过程和测试方式, 有急救和安全知识尤佳
3. Be optimistic, tough personalities or characteristic. Good team player.
性格开朗，能吃苦耐劳, 良好的合作团队精神
4.Minimum a college degree in biology or microbiology or pharmacy
至少具有生物、微生物或药学大专学历,
5.computer skill is required, Fluent in reading English is a plus.
计算机熟练,能用英文阅讀由尤佳.
