Summary岗位概述：

This position is to conduct the automatic improvement in Baxter Shanghai Plant.

本职位主要负责在上海百特工厂实施自动化改进。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要职责：

This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsible role that account for 5% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.

1. Planning and Budgeting计划与预算

· Assist to set annual objectives of automatic improvement.

协助制定自动化改进的年度目标。

· Recommending any action that would be beneficial to the plant, product or any improvement in quality.

建议任何对公司、产品或质量改进有益的行动方案

2. Operation 运作

· Per the process analysis result draw out and implement the improvement plan.

根据流程分析的结果制定和实施自动化改进方案。

· Review the scheme that is from suppliers to ensure the feasibility.

复核供应商提供的改进方案确保方案的可行性。

· Establish the executive plan of automatic upgrading project to ensure the cost, time and quality can match the plant strategy.

建立完善的自动化改进计划，确保时间、成本质量等与公司战略一致。

· Manage the program of key equipments in Baxter Shanghai plant.

管理上海工厂所有关键设备的程序。

· Implement Soft ware validation of key equipments.

负责实施关键设备的软件验证。

· Fulfill the other temporary task assigned by supervisor.

完成主管临时交付的其他任务。

3. Staff 员工

· Encouragement and support staff under your control towards further qualifications required for future promotions.

鼓励支持员工将来发展的需要。

4. Commit to EHS regulatory compliance for the operation of the department and promote the importance of EHS requirements for the effective and efficient operation of the department.

在部门工作中遵守环保，健康和安全的法规要求，并促进环保，健康和安全要求在部门工作中的重要性。

5. Assist in incident and near miss investigations, determine and correct root causes, implement preventive actions and document follow-up activities.

协助事故及幸免事故的调查，确定事故的根本原因，采取预防措施并进行文件跟踪。

Qualifications：

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

· Language skill: CET4 at least

· GMP

· Lean (including VSM, Kaizen, TPM, lean Physics and 6S, etc.)

· Six sigma

Education and/or Experience

Include the education and/or experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

1、Collegial degree or above.

大专或大专以上学历。

2、Or at least 3 years automatic improvement experience in lean manufacturing.

至少3年以上自动化改造的管理经验。

3、Master the PLC knowledge.

精通PLC。

4、Good communication skills

良好的组织、协调和沟通能力。

5、Maintain high standard of operation discipline whenever treating Need to be earnest, initiative and efficient. Have good responsibilities for duties.
