Job Duties

Help store manager to achieve the sales target of three direct stores（multi-brand，multi category）: Tmall Global flagship store/JD global flagship store and Kaola flagship store

帮助店长管理三个直营店铺（多品牌、多品类店铺）的销售与管理：天猫国际旗舰店，JD全球购和网易考拉旗舰店

Plan and Execute promotion campaigns including model mix plan, creative development, marketing execution.;

帮助店长计划和执行推广活动，包括联合营销，创意活动，市场方案执行

Product information management and optimize webpage contents; Make sure all images/feature materials be ready for new launching ;According to promotion plan to optimize online store “display” delivery;

与设计团队紧密合作，产品信息管理，优化网页内容；确保所有图片/功能材料准备好发射；根据促销计划优化网店陈列

Make annual plan according to different brand and category (multi brand / multi category shop)

根据不同品牌和品类，制作年度计划

Sales analyze and control, make Weekly/Monthly sales report; Promotion budget control and ROI management

每日监控销售情况，制作每周/每月销售报告,控制预算和ROI

Keep regular & smoothly communication with platform’s Xiao’er

定期和顺利地和平台小二沟通

Job Qualifications

2 years work experience in Ecommerce, must have proven experience in store operation in ecommerce.

2年以上电子商务工作经验，在电子商务中必须有一定的店铺运营经验。

Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting，detailed-oriented, experience in multi-brand or muti-categories store.

好的自我驱动力，质量导向，注意细节。

Preferably someone handle Tmall/Tmall Global before, has operation experiences in ecommerce agency (TP), preferably someone has Tmall resources，preferably someone has experience in multi-brand and multi-category stores.

有天猫或天猫国际操作经验者，或有TP公司运营经验，或有天猫资源者尤佳 ，有运营过多品牌多品类者尤佳

Ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural working environment

在多元文化的工作环境中工作的能力

Fluent in written English is a must. Fluent in oral English is a plus.

具备英语书写阅读能力，口语好者更佳。
