工作职责

1、 分析公司各项相关业务流程区域的薄弱环节以及和企业的目标、工作绩效指标，找出原因，提出改进建议，对流程的变更进行分析其风险点及必要性，与相关部门沟通；

2、 通过实施精益战略，与关键利益相关者协作、协商和接触，确保高质量、高成本和高交付绩效;

3、 制作流程优化培训方案，对于修改流程和新增流程的相关人员进行培训；

4、 协助总裁、总经理推进流程改进方案的落实；

5、 激励和指导团队取得成功,并积极配合其他部门开展工作。

任职资格

1、本科以上学历，管理相关专业；

2、3年以上相关工作经验；

3、熟悉流程管理知识，具有生产管理行业背景，具备较强的管理、组织、协调、控制能力，具有一定的项目管理及推动能力，熟悉企业ERP信息系统，；

4、良好的沟通技巧、问题分析和解决能力、承受压力能力强，具有良好的语言表达能力和文字书写能力，认真的敬业精神、严谨的职业道德操守和较强的工作责任感。

Maars, a 60 years history company, was founded in Amsterdam in 1946. Maars is one of the companies who were earliest got involved into partition industry, and now has become the leader brand in the world. Our partitioning systems inherits the design concepts from those between German and Netherlands, and the conventional European culture.
