职位描述
Job Scope工作职责:
1. Responsible for deal with Customs bonded processing handbook application, amendment and closing, prepare all the relevant documents.
负责处理加工贸易保税业务，包括保税手册的申请、变更、核销等工作，制作业务相关的单证资料。
2. Responsible for apply the licenses of bonded goods from SMCC.
负责前往商务委员会/外经委申请相关的批准证。
3. Responsible for design and standardize the management of Bonded Process Trade（SOP/WI）, coordinate with internal department match the requirement by Customs supervison.
负责规范、设计加工贸易保税业务的内部管理流程、程序等，协调公司内部部门的运作以符合海关对保税物料、保税产品监管的要求。
4. Responsible for daily customs declaration documents preparation and apply multifarious import certificates, including Electric & Mechanical Certificate (“O” Certificate), 3C exemption Certificate, etc.
负责制作日常海关申报单证，申请各类进口证明，如：机电证、免3C证明等。
5. Good communication with other related team & sections (such as Production, Sales, Project management, Purchasing, etc.)
确保与相关部门、团队进行良好的沟通协调，如：生产部、销售市场部、项目管理部、采购部等）
6. To coordinate with Custom House regarding policy to guide staffs to do right daily operation, and provide necessary training.
协调海关事务，根据海关监管政策指导员工正确做好日常操作，并提供必要的培训。
7. Support the import and export request of other department, ensure company import and export procedure comply with Customs/ Government policy.
协助支持各部门进出口的需求，确保公司进出口各流程环节符合海关、政府部门的政策要求。
8. Complete other job assigned by supervisor/HOD
完成部门主管分配的其他工作。
Education and skill required岗位要求:
- College degree or above, in logistic and Customs affair management is preferred.
大学专科以上学历，物流管理及海关事务管理相关的专业优先
- 3years work experience in bonded logistic, especially successful experience with bonded processing trade/bonded handbook management, electronics industry is preferred.
3年保税物流相关工作经验，尤其是保税加工贸易/保税手册操作经验，电子行业优先。
- Good communication skill and team work, be accountable and proactive, self-driven to continuously improve
良好的沟通技巧和团队意识，做事有责任心，有一定的前瞻性，主动持续改进。
- Experience of ERP system, SAP will be a plus
有ERP、SAP系统操作经验，优先考虑。
- Good in oral and written English with CET 4 or above
良好的英语书写及口头能力，英语四级或以上。
