Major responsibilities: 主要职责

• In charge of installation guiding, commissioning, repairing and maintenance for the pumps on site. Analyse and confirm the pump’s failure reason, and provide the paper report.
• 负责水泵的现场安装指导、调试、维修、保养，分析判断水泵故障原因，并给出书面报告。
• In charge of checking and verifying the jobcard which returned from all the local service partners, providing the conclusion and the further disposal opinion.
• 负责审核各地授权服务点返回的工作单，给出结论和处理意见。
• In charge of providing the service training, the technical support, on site service guiding and evaluation for the service guys which from all the local service partners.
• 负责对各地授权服务点的服务人员进行培训、技术支持、现场工作指导、考评等。
• In charge of training the dealers, the agency and the OEM customers on the after sales service technical issue as well as guiding them.
• 负责对代理商、经销商和OEM客户进行售后技术培训和指导。
• In charge of collecting and consolidating all the spare parts’ list for all the production.
• 负责对公司各类产品备品备件清单的整理和汇总。
• Cooperate other colleagues to deal with the customer’s complaint(focus on the technical issues), answer the technical question form the customer.
• 配合部门其他人员进行投诉处理（侧向于技术问题方面），解答客户的技术问题来电。
• Give the technical support for the sales colleagues, finish all the other jobs from the superior.
• 对销售同事提供技术支持，并完成上级交给的其它工作。

Requirement：

• Possess associate degree or above.
• 具有大专以上毕业学历
• Over 5 years experience of general mechanical and electrical equipment’s repair and maintenance, pumps’ job experience is perfect.
• 具有5年以上通用类机电设备维修经验，有泵类工作经验者更好。
• Familiar with the motor’s control and start method, the trouble shooting for the electrical control cabinet, know about the programming and commissioning for PLC system.
• 熟悉电机起动和控制方式、电控柜故障检查处理，了解PLC编程和调试。
